“This idea for this venture was planted when a friend who was selling her unit showed me the listing for her property on realestate.com.au As a photographer myself, I was shocked at the quality of the photographs the real estate agent had used - there were under-exposed and badly framed, and made her beautifully decorated apartment look dull, dingy and small.

I immediately offered to take some photos myself. I soon had a collection of shots which she passed on to the real estate agent to upload in place of the old ones.

The result? A huge increase in enquiries!”

“Looking through listings online and taking notice of printed real estate advertisements, I started noticing that a lot of houses for sale also exhibited poorly composed or badly exposed images which really did nothing towards attracting the viewers attention, or displaying the property at its best. This was especially common at the lower end of the market.

I saw a great need for a service both to home owners and real estate agents for professional real estate photography at realistic prices. A service where the client could simply contact the photographer, arrange a time and end up with fully optimised, professional quality, and most importantly, affordable photos of their property with a minimum of fuss.
